We are located over at 99 1st Main Road, right near the Yellamma Temple Street. Being in the Annasandrapalya area, specifically near the H.A.L Post in Bangalore, means there’s always a lot of activity. This isn’t a huge corporate headquarters or anything like that. It’s more of a local spot where we handle things related to travel and flights. We spend most of our mornings checking schedules and dealing with people who are trying to get from one place to another. The office is simple. We have a few computers and some old chairs for people to sit in while they wait. Sometimes the temple street gets really crowded during festivals, and it makes getting to work a bit of a challenge. We mostly focus on the domestic side of things. It’s a lot of looking at screens and trying to find the best routes. People come in with all sorts of questions about baggage or delays. We try to give them the right answers, though things change fast in the airline world. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or big posters everywhere. It’s just us working through the daily tasks. Sometimes we share some snacks in the back when things quiet down in the afternoon. It’s a decent place to work, and we know the neighbors pretty well by now. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in needing help with their travel plans.
