Our office is located at 4, 7th Main, on the 3rd Cross in the Abbiah Reddy Layout. This is over in the Kaggadasapura area of Bangalore. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know the turns. The building is just a normal structure on a street filled with houses and other small businesses. We don't have the big planes parked outside or anything like that. It is mostly just an administrative spot where we handle the paperwork and the behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't usually see. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have so many files and boxes stored away. We have a few fans going all day to keep the air moving. It gets pretty loud when the traffic builds up on the main road nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team here is small. We’ve been working together for a while, so we don’t need to say much to get things done. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the endless lists of things to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We are just here to make sure the records are right and the information gets where it needs to go. It’s just a bunch of regular people working hard in Kaggadasapura. That is basically all there is to it for us.
