Airindia Opearations In Sparsh Bpo Services Ltd

We are working out of the Sparsh BPO office at number 9, which is on the 1st Cross and 1st Main in the JHBC Layout. This is over by the J.P. Nagar Post in Bangalore. It’s a busy place because we handle the operations for Air India from here. The office is usually full of people on headsets, talking to customers and sorting out travel details. It’s a lot of shift work, so there are people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. The layout is mostly quiet otherwise, but our building is always humming with the sound of computers and talking. I’ve been here for a while, and it’s just one of those jobs where you have to be ready for anything. We don't have a lot of time for fancy speeches; we just focus on the calls and the data entry. The neighborhood has a few small shops where we go to grab a snack or a coffee during our breaks. It’s a practical setup in a residential part of the city. We have our routines and we stick to them to make sure the airline stuff keeps running like it should. It’s not a glamorous spot, just a solid office where we put in the hours and get the work finished before heading home. That's pretty much what our day looks like here in J.P. Nagar.
