About Airindia Frequent Flyer Programme – Tourism in Bengaluru
We are set up in Doddaballapur at 2452 Darghamohalla. It is a bit of a drive out from the main city center of Bangalore. Our office handles things for the Airindia Frequent Flyer Programme. It’s not what you’d expect for an airline office. The neighborhood is full of local houses and small shops, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our days looking at mileage points and helping people figure out their accounts. It can get a bit dusty around here when the wind picks up, and the street is usually quite lively with kids playing or people moving goods. Our office is fairly basic—just some desks, chairs, and a couple of old computers that have seen better days. We don't have a fancy sign or anything, just the address on the door. Most of the people who work here are from the local area. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together. It’s a quiet kind of work, mostly answering emails or fixing errors in the system. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things, far away from the big airport terminals, but we get the job done just the same. It is a simple life and we know the neighbors well.
