Airier Natura Pvt. Ltd. is based in Balaji Layout. We have units 2 and 3 in the Airier Complex on 4th Main. It’s a quiet part of the neighborhood, which we like. We’ve been here for a while, and the complex has become like a second home to us. We deal with various products, mostly things to do with the environment and natural systems. It’s interesting work and keeps us on our toes. The office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of samples and equipment tucked into the corners. We aren't really into the whole big business vibe. We prefer to keep things simple and personal. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re more like a family than just coworkers. We don't have a dedicated marketing person or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people like we’re talking to our neighbors. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small break area we set up. It’s a humble place, but we get the job done. If you ever find yourself on 4th Main in Balaji Layout, you’ll see our sign on the complex. We’re usually here from morning until the evening. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things moving forward in our own way. We don't need a lot of fuss to get through the workday, just some good coffee and steady work.
