Air Ticketing

You can find our little office on the 3rd floor of the building at 9/1, right on 16th Cross. We are in the Lakkasandra Ramaswami Layout, which is just off the 7th Main in Bangalore. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we have been here for a long time and the view of the street from the top isn't too bad. We mostly spend our days looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people who walk in. It is a small operation, just a few of us and some computers and printers that always seem to be running out of ink at the wrong time. We don’t have a fancy website or a huge team of people. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know we are here. We sit at the desks, answer the landline, and try to make sense of the prices the airlines put out. Lakkasandra is a busy place, and there is always noise coming up from the street, but it keeps us energized. We don’t try to be anything we aren't.
