Air Ticketing

Our air ticketing office is over at 9/1, on the 3rd Floor of the Ramaswamy building. It’s right on the 16th Cross and 7th Main in Bangalore 560030. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us, which is good exercise I guess. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and computers tucked into the corners. It’s a busy little place. We spend our hours looking for flights and comparing prices for people. It’s a lot of staring at screens and waiting for pages to load. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a ticket, which can be annoying. The street below is always full of life. You can see the shops and the people going about their business from our windows. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come in, you just talk to whoever isn't on the phone. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in India; we just want to get the bookings right. We take our tea breaks when there’s a gap in the calls. Most of the people working here have lived in this part of Bangalore for years. We know the shortcuts and the best places to get lunch. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing on the third floor of an old building.
