Air India

We are over at Narayanappa Layout in the Saravathi Extension. Our office is at number 45/1 in Bangalore 49. Even though the name is Air India, this specific spot is just a small branch office in a residential layout. It is not like being at the airport. We don't see any planes here, just the houses and the local shops. The office is small and we mostly handle local administration and some paperwork for the staff who live in this area. It is a quiet street and most of the people who walk by are our neighbors. We have some old desks and a few cupboards filled with files. The walls could use a bit of new paint, but it’s okay for what we do. We start our work in the morning and it stays pretty steady until the afternoon. There are only a few of us here. We share a small kitchen for making tea and eating lunch. Sometimes people come by looking for tickets, but we have to tell them we don't do that here. It is more of a back-office kind of place. We like the layout because it’s calm and we don't have the stress of the big city centers. It is just a simple place where we show up, do the filing, and then lock up for the day.
