This is our small office over here in RT Nagar. It's tucked away on the 1st Main in Matadhalli. A lot of people don't even know we're here until they need to talk about their flights or baggage. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff and ticketing issues that come up for the airline. It's just a regular office building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We have a few desks and a lot of computers that stay on all day. It gets pretty busy when there are flight delays or when the holiday seasons start. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at our old screens. The traffic outside on the main road can be quite loud during the day, so we keep the windows shut. We usually grab lunch at the small veg places nearby. It’s a tight-knit group here and most of us have been in these chairs for a long time. We deal with all sorts of travelers. Some are happy about their trips and some are not so much when things go wrong. We just try to sort things out as they come. It’s not a glamorous job like the flight crews have, but someone has to do the paperwork. We don't really do much advertising from this specific branch. Most people just find us through word of mouth or when they have a booking problem. It’s just a standard workday for us most of the time.
