We are located in the B.D.A Layout in Domlour. It’s the 4th Phase, 2nd Stage. The building number is 753. It’s not right on the main road, so you have to look for the turns to find us. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here for the airline. It’s mostly computers and desks. Bangalore-71 is a busy area, but our street is a bit calmer than the main junction. We have people coming in with questions about their flights or baggage. Sometimes they are frustrated because of delays or changes. We just try to help them out as best as we can. It’s a regular office with fluorescent lights and gray desks. We have a small tea stall nearby where we go during the breaks to get some fresh air. The office gets a bit hot in the summer because the AC isn't always the best. We have piles of papers on the desks that need sorting. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to the airport or other branch offices. It’s a lot of checking numbers and names. Some of us have been working here for ten years or more. We know the system pretty well. It’s not like the fancy airport terminals you see on TV. It’s just where the daily work gets done. We have a small parking area out front for our scooters and bikes. If you come by in the morning, it's usually less crowded and quieter than other times.
