Air India Sats

We are based out of the Ravi Kiran Housing Society in Mumbai. Specifically, we are at Plot Number 216, in Flat Number 7. It is in the Charkop Sector. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different from a typical office block. We work under the name Air India Sats. Being in a housing society means things are a bit more relaxed and quiet than the main city roads. We handle a lot of the ground work for airlines. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure schedules are met. Since we are in a flat, it feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We have our computers set up and there is usually some tea or coffee on the go. Mumbai is a fast city, but in Charkop, it feels a little slower. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. If you come by, you just ring the bell for flat seven. We’ve been working from here for a while and it suits us fine. We don't need a skyscraper to do our jobs well. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things professional but quiet. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't worry about being flashy. We just make sure the details are right for the flights and the passengers we support every day.
