Air India Call Center

You can find us at number 6 on 1st Cross, right near the 14th Main on Magadi Road. This is where the Air India Call Center is based in Bangalore 23. It is a pretty active area with a lot of people moving around all the time. Our building isn't anything too flashy, just a solid place where we take care of the phones. We have people coming in for different shifts at all hours because the calls don't really stop. The 1st Cross is a bit tucked away from the heaviest Magadi Road traffic, which helps a bit with the noise. Inside, it’s mostly rows of desks and headsets. It can get quite loud when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to that. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look fancy. The focus is always on the callers and making sure we answer the questions they have. Being on the 14th Main means there are plenty of small shops and tea stalls nearby where we go during breaks. It is a very local feel even though we are working for a big name. We’ve been at this address for a while and most of the regulars in the area know the building. It’s a functional space that does exactly what it needs to do. We just come in, do our shift, and try to help out.
