Air Falak Travels (India) Pvt Ltd

Air Falak Travels is a small agency located at G-5-A in Brigade Plaza, over in Subramanya Nagar, JB Nagar. We have been operating from this office for a good number of years now. The space is filled with travel brochures, old calendars, and a couple of desks where we sit and work on bookings. We mostly help people with flight tickets and planning their trips, whether they are going nearby or somewhere far away. It is not like the big travel websites where everything is automated. We actually spend time talking to people and trying to find flights that fit their budget and their schedule. Brigade Plaza is a fairly active spot, so we get people dropping in throughout the day to ask about ticket prices. Sometimes we have to spend a long time on the phone with airlines to sort out a problem with a booking. We do not have a polished corporate image. We are just a local business with a few employees who know the travel industry. The office can get a bit cluttered with paperwork, but we manage to keep track of everything. We have seen a lot of people come and go over the years, and we have many regulars who wouldn't go anywhere else. It is a lot of looking at screens and double-checking dates, but it is rewarding when a trip goes well for someone. We just do our work and stay busy.
