Air Deccan

Our office for Air Deccan is located at 7 B Middleton Street in Kolkata. It’s a well-known part of the city, right in the middle of everything. We have been here for a good while, handling the day-to-day things that come with running an airline operation. The street outside is always full of people and cars, which is just typical for Kolkata. Inside, we are usually busy with flight schedules and passenger queries. It is a lot of paperwork and computer time. We aren’t a huge team in this building, but we stay busy. People come in looking for help with their tickets or asking about flights to different parts of the country. We try to give them clear answers without too much talk. The building has that old Kolkata feel to it, which we actually quite like. It isn't a fancy airport lounge; it is just a workplace where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. We just focus on getting the details right for the people flying with us. Being on Middleton Street makes it easy for folks to find us when they need to talk face-to-face. We have been through many changes in the industry, but we are still here doing our bit for the travelers. It is a lot of work but someone has to do it.
