The office is located at 62 Geetha Mandir Street, on Pemme Gowda Road in J C Nagar. It’s on the second cross, and if you’re not looking for it, you might just drive right past. It’s a busy neighborhood in Bangalore, and finding a place to park a bike is always a struggle in the mornings. We aren't at the airport, so there are no planes to see here, just a lot of desks, phones, and stacks of paper related to flight schedules and customer records. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have so many files tucked away in every corner. We spend the day dealing with logistical things that people don't really think about when they buy a ticket. The phones are almost always busy, and there’s a lot of back-and-forth between the staff here and the folks actually on the ground at the terminals. We have a water cooler in the corner that everyone gathers around to complain about the heat or the commute. The walls are painted a plain color and have some old maps and calendars pinned to them. It feels like a very normal, slightly messy workplace where people are just trying to keep things organized. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. Most of the furniture is just basic metal or wood. We eat our lunch at our desks most days while checking through the latest updates. It’s just a regular group of people doing the daily grind in a noisy part of the city.
