Air Deccan

Our office is over at 55, 1St Main in the H A L 2nd Stage area, specifically in Doopanahalli. Bangalore is a big place and this neighborhood has its own busy vibe with lots of people and cars moving around all the time. Working for Air Deccan from this location means we are constantly checking flight schedules and answering questions about travel. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. During the rainy season, the streets around here can get pretty messy which makes the commute a bit of a chore. We usually bring our own lunch or grab something from the local vendors nearby. It is a lot of repetitive work like typing in names and looking up dates but it keeps the airline moving. We have been in this part of Bangalore for a good while and we know most of the other people working on this street. It is just a regular job for us and we don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. We just show up, do what needs to be done with the bookings, and head home when the day is over. It is a steady way to spend the week and it keeps us busy.
