You can find us at House No. 188 in Manjunath Nagar. It is part of the 3rd Phase in Rajajinagar, specifically on 1st Main and 3rd Cross. It is a residential-style setup, so it does not look like a big airport office or anything. We have got desks set up inside Niveda Kumar’s place. Working out of this part of Bangalore is different from being in the city center. It is a bit quieter until the school traffic starts in the afternoon. We handle a lot of the logistical bits here. There is always someone on the phone or typing away on a laptop. We keep a stack of flight schedules on the table just in case the power goes out and we cannot use the computers. It happens sometimes. People from the neighborhood stop by occasionally to ask questions. We try to keep things organized, but there are always maps and papers scattered around. It is just the way we work. We do not have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the house number. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know the routine by heart. It is about getting the small details right so the planes can actually fly. We just do our part from this little office in Rajajinagar every day without much noise. It is just a steady process of managing the schedules.
