Air Deccan

We are based over in Nandini Layout at Paramesha Dv. It’s a part of Bangalore that feels a bit more like a residential neighborhood than a business hub. We operate from here, handling various aspects of what needs to be done for Air Deccan. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the team to get together and sort out the day’s tasks. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights outside. It’s just a regular building where we do our work. Most of us have been around the aviation world for a while, so we just get on with it without much fuss. The layout of the area is quite nice, and we usually walk around during our breaks to get some fresh air. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just discuss what needs to happen with the flights and the schedules in plain English. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with manuals and maps, but we know where everything is. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere most of the time, although it can get hectic when there are delays or changes to the plan. We just try to stay on top of things as best as we can. Being in Nandini Layout means we are away from the worst of the city traffic, which makes the commute a little easier for everyone on the team. It is a decent place to work.
