Air Deccan Airlines

We are based over at 4, 2nd Cross, 8th Main in the Ganesh Block of Mahalaxmi Layout. It’s a residential neighborhood in Bangalore, which is a bit different for an airline office. Air Deccan has a long history here in India, being one of the first to try and make flying something everyone could do. These days, our office at the 560 086 pin code is where we handle a lot of the administrative tasks. It isn't a ticket counter at the airport where you see the planes. Instead, it’s where we deal with the logistics, the paperwork, and the scheduling that keeps an airline functioning. We have desks piled with files and phones that ring quite a bit. Mahalaxmi Layout is a quieter part of town compared to places like MG Road, so it’s a nice place to work. We aren't a huge team in this specific building, but we all know our jobs. Sometimes things are stressful when flights are delayed or there are technical issues to sort out. We just take it one day at a time. We don't use a lot of fancy talk; we just try to get the planes where they need to go and make sure the back-end stuff is sorted. It’s been a long journey for the company, and being here in this part of Bangalore feels like home to us. We just keep working away at the daily grind and making sure the logs are updated properly.
