Aimil Ltd has another location in Bangalore, this one is at number 179 on the 17th Cross in Hoysala Nagar. This part of town has a slightly different vibe than our other spots. It’s still Bangalore, so it’s never exactly quiet, but Hoysala Nagar feels a bit more like a local neighborhood. The building at 179 is easy to spot once you get onto the 17th Cross. We’ve spent many years here, and the office has grown a bit over time, though it’s still basically the same layout. We have our desks pushed together and there’s usually a stack of folders somewhere that needs sorting. It’s a very practical workspace. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. The staff here at Aimil Ltd mostly just get on with things. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a short break in the afternoon. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and see everyone working hard. There’s no big corporate lobby or anyone to greet you at the door; you just come in and find who you’re looking for. It’s worked for us this way for a long time, and we like the directness of it. Being on the 17th Cross means we are close to everything we need, from the tea shops to the post office.
