Ai Soft Technoligies As Ahr Executive

My office is located in the P.G Residency, which is on the 1st Main and 4th Cross in Yelahanka. I work as an HR Executive for Ai Soft Technoligies from this location. It is a residential area, so it is much quieter than the center of Bangalore. I have my setup in a room here where I handle recruitment and talk to candidates all day. My phone is always ringing, and I have my number 9242879675 right there for anyone who needs to reach me about a job. The residency is a simple building, and I have a desk with my laptop and a bunch of resumes scattered around. Yelahanka is a bit far out for some people, but I like the atmosphere here. It is less crowded and I can actually focus on the interviews. I spend a lot of time on LinkedIn and different job boards trying to find people for our team. It is just me most of the time, keeping track of who is coming in for an interview and who needs to be called back. There is a small balcony where I take my calls when I need some fresh air. It is not a corporate headquarters, just a practical space where the actual hiring work gets done. I have my own schedule and I just try to keep everything running smoothly for the company.
