Our office is down in Marthahalli, specifically at G-3, Sriven Heights in Lakshmi Layout. It’s on the 1st Cross in Munekola. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been here for a while now, working on various tech tasks. The space is a bit small, but we make it work for our team. We have our desks set up in a way that we can easily talk to each other without having to get up. Bangalore 560037 is a hub for technology, so we fit right in with the neighborhood. We aren't doing anything flashy. Most of our day is spent handling technical requests and making sure our systems are running. We don't have a front desk person or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a very informal environment. We wear casual clothes and drink a lot of tea. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but we try to keep regular hours when we can. The traffic in Marthahalli can be a nightmare, so we’ve all learned the best times to arrive and leave. We just focus on the job and don’t worry about the corporate fluff that other places seem to like. It’s just us doing our thing in our little corner of the city. There is always someone working on something, and we like the feeling of being productive without the stress of a big firm.
