Our office for Agriya Promoters & Developers is at 63 Jeevanahalli 3rd Stage. We are located in the Srinivas Nagar K R Garden area. It’s a place we’ve grown to know very well over the years. We work on building projects and developing land, which sounds more complicated than it really is. Mostly, it’s just about planning things out and making sure the construction actually happens. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in Jeevanahalli and the surrounding spots. The office at 63 Jeevanahalli 3rd Stage is pretty basic. We spend more time out at the sites than we do sitting behind a desk. We aren't the kind of company that has a lot of glossy brochures or fancy presentations. We’d rather just show you the work we’ve already done in Srinivas Nagar K R Garden. People come to Agriya Promoters & Developers because they want someone local who understands the ground here. It’s hard work, dealing with permits and materials and weather that doesn't always cooperate. We’ve had our share of delays and headaches, but we just keep pushing through. We don't have a big corporate board or investors to answer to. It’s just us doing our best to build things that will stand for a long time. It’s a messy business sometimes, with all the dust and noise, but it’s what we know how to do. We just focus on the bricks and mortar.
