We are based on the ground floor of the Mohan Building, specifically in units 231, 232, and 13. It’s right opposite the Syndicate Bank in Chickpet. If you know Chickpet, you know how hectic it can be. There are carts and people everywhere, and the noise never really stops. Being on the ground floor means we see everyone passing by. Our space is spread across a few different rooms. It’s an old building, so the walls are thick and it stays relatively cool inside even when it’s roasting out on the street. We handle a lot of paperwork here. There are stacks of forms and registers on almost every surface. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the building has that specific smell of old paper and dust. We don’t have any fancy signs, just the name on the door. People come in from all over to talk to us about various products and shipping. It’s a lot of sitting and talking and checking details. Sometimes the light bulbs flicker and we have to give the switch a little tap. It’s just part of being in an older part of town. We don't have a lot of space for people to wait, so it can get a bit cramped when it’s busy. We just do our best to keep things moving. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to it. The metal filing cabinets are a bit rusty at the bottom.
