This office is located on the 8th floor of Tower B in the RMZ Infinity complex. It’s at No. 3 on Old Madras Road in Krishnarajapuram. Being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, which is always moving. Agilent Technologies India Pvt Ltd has its support operations here. It’s a professional space, but we try to keep things relaxed among the staff. We spend a lot of time on the phones or on our computers, helping people figure out issues with their equipment or software. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and looking at technical manuals. The building itself is pretty modern, but our particular corner is filled with notes, manuals, and coffee mugs. We have people coming in and out at different hours because the work doesn't always fit into a nine-to-five box. It can be a bit tiring dealing with complex problems all day, but we have a good team that helps each other out when things get tricky. We don't go in for much corporate jargon or empty promises. We just try to answer the questions that come in and fix the problems that people are having. The elevators can be slow during lunch hour, and the air conditioning is sometimes a bit too cold, but it’s a good place to work. We just focus on being helpful and getting through the daily ticket queue as best as we can.
