Our office is over in Jayanagar 9th Block, right on 40th Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy this area gets, especially with all the trees and the narrow lanes. We’re at number 1136. It’s a decent-sized place, but we’ve filled it up with monitors and cables pretty quickly. We do software stuff, mostly helping other companies fix their systems or building new things from scratch. It’s not like those massive tech parks on the outskirts of the city. We’re right in the neighborhood, so we can walk to the local shops for lunch. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other instead of just typing. We’ve got a mix of experienced people and some younger folks who just graduated. It’s a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we get the work done. We don't really follow a strict corporate ladder here. If someone has an idea, they just say it. We keep things pretty relaxed, and as long as the code works and the deadlines are met, everyone is happy. It’s just a group of people trying to make good software in a busy corner of Bangalore. We try to keep the coffee pot full and the bugs out of the systems we build.
