Agarwal Logistics

Agarwal Logistics is based on the second floor of a building in Mahadevpura, Bangalore. The address is 9/4, 1st Main, 8th Cross, G.C. Palya. This part of Bangalore is always busy with traffic, and you can hear the trucks and buses on the main road from our office all day long. The office itself is a functional space without any frills. We have rows of desks and some tall cabinets where we store all the paperwork for the logistics side of things. It can get quite dusty because there is always some construction happening nearby, so we have to wipe down the computers every morning. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at screens to track things. There is always a pile of documents that needs to be sorted through or signed. We do not have a coffee machine, so someone usually makes a big pot of tea for everyone in the afternoon. Sometimes we have to stay late to make sure everything is coordinated properly for the next day, but that is just how it goes in this business. Our staff is mostly from the local area, and we speak a mix of Kannada, Hindi, and English depending on who we are talking to. We focus on the practical side of the work and do not have any fancy posters or decorations. We just try to get the loads moved and the work finished.
