We are located in the 560 010 area of Bangalore. If you know this city, you know how the traffic can be, so we usually try to get into the office pretty early to beat the worst of it. Our team is a mix of people who have lived here forever and some who just moved here for work. The office itself is quite basic. We have a few rooms where we handle all the logistics and paperwork that comes our way. It is not one of those high-tech startups you see in Koramangala or Indiranagar. We are more of a traditional setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking schedules to make sure nothing gets missed. Lunch is usually a group affair where we order something from the local place down the street. It is a bit noisy outside with all the honking and construction, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do not use any fancy management software; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It seems to work for us. Most days are pretty busy, especially when there are deadlines to meet. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a solid team here, and we all help each other out when things get a bit overwhelming. That is just how we operate in this part of town.
