Aegis Bpo

This is Aegis Bpo. The address we have on file is a bit of a mess, looks like Fgjtuyjdytdgc Jyhfgjhgjhlkj; Gkgjyfjhj, which is a bit strange, but we are here anyway. We work in a BPO, which means phones and headsets are part of the daily life for everyone. It’s a loud place sometimes with everyone talking to customers at once. We handle calls and data for all sorts of things. The office is usually very bright with those white fluorescent lights that never seem to turn off. We work in shifts, so some of us are here when the sun comes up and others leave in the middle of the night when the streets are empty. It’s a bit of a strange schedule, but you get used to it after the first few months. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep our voices going during those long shifts. It’s not a fancy job, but it’s steady and it pays the bills. We have people from all over coming here to work. The computers are always running and the air conditioning is usually on too high. We don’t have a big philosophy about what we do. We just answer the calls and try to be useful to the person on the other end. Some customers are nice, while others are a bit grumpy. We just take it as it comes. It’s a lot of sitting in one spot, but we try to make the best of it here every day.
