You’ll find us at Papaiah Reddy Layout, right on the 2nd Main Cross near Sultanpalya Main Road in R T Nagar. This part of Bangalore is always moving, and our office is no different. We run a BPO, which basically means our phones never stop ringing and the keyboards are always clicking. It’s a loud, busy environment. We have people working different shifts at all hours of the day and night. It’s not a fancy setup. We have rows of desks and headsets that have been used by a lot of different people. We spend our time answering questions and trying to help people solve their problems over the phone. Sometimes it’s frustrating when a caller is angry, but we just try to stay calm and get through the list. The office is in a bit of a crowded area, so parking is always a nightmare. Most of us just take the bus or a scooter to get here. We’ve got a small break room where the coffee is usually too strong, but it keeps us going during the night shifts. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just here to provide support and earn a living. It’s a very practical business. We deal with a lot of different personalities, both in the office and on the calls. Every day is a little bit different, but the goal is always the same: just answer the next call and help whoever is on the other end.
