We are based in Bangalore, specifically at 528/3 Shakuntalama Street in the Kammanhalli area. You will find Aegis Bpo Services right across from the Ganesha Temple. The temple is a big landmark for us, and you can often hear the bells ringing or see people gathering there for prayers. It is a nice contrast to the office environment we have here. Inside, it is all about the computers and the phones. We have people coming in for different shifts at all hours, so the building never really feels empty. Kammanhalli is a lively part of Bangalore, so there are plenty of places nearby to grab a coffee or some food. Our office is functional, with rows of desks and headsets everywhere you look. It’s not a fancy place with bean bags or pool tables, just a regular office where we do our work. Sometimes the traffic on Shakuntalama Street gets pretty bad, which makes it a bit hard for the staff to get in on time, but we manage. We have a lot of different people working here from all over the city. The pin code is 560084, and we have been at this location for a while now. It’s just a place where we put our heads down and handle the calls and data that come through our systems every single day. The building is a bit old, but it does the job.
