Our office is tucked away on the first floor over at H. Siddhiaya Road. If you know the 7th Cross area in Bangalore, you know it stays pretty packed with traffic and people moving around all day. We’ve been operating out of this building for a bit now, mostly handling calls and data work for other companies. It’s the kind of place where the headsets stay on and the coffee machine is always running. We have a mix of people working different shifts, so the lights are on at odd hours. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with the desks we have. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs to the first floor. It’s a typical BPO setup—rows of computers and a lot of chatter. We don't really have a lobby to speak of, just a desk where you sign in. The neighborhood has plenty of small shops nearby, which is where most of us grab lunch or a quick tea. It’s a bit of a grind, to be honest, but the team here gets along well enough. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting in the hours and making sure the service targets get met. It’s just one of many offices in this part of the city, but it’s where we spend our forty hours a week.
