We started out in a small way and now we have several spots across Chennai and Bangalore. Mohan manages things from our home base in Krishnagiri, specifically over in Baliganoor. It is a busy life keeping up with the kitchen work and making sure the food is right every morning. We do not have fancy offices or anything like that. Most of our days are spent checking on the daily supplies and talking to the people who come in to eat. It gets pretty loud in the kitchens when the morning rush starts. We moved around quite a bit over the years to find the right rhythm for the business. Living out here in Tamil Nadu, you get used to the constant travel between the different cities. People know us for the sweets and the regular meals we put out for everyone. It is just a family-run thing that grew bigger than we ever thought it would. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the weather in Krishnagiri makes things move a bit slow, but we deal with it as it comes. We are not trying to be some big corporate chain, just local folks providing food that reminds us of our own home. My father, Govindan, taught us how to handle the hard work. We stay at the address in Baliganoor and keep things moving from there. It is a lot of work every single day but we really like seeing familiar faces come through the doors.
