Advocate G Nagarajulu Naidu

My office is down at 52 Mothinagar on the Cubbon Pet Main Road. It’s on the ground floor of the Hameed Shaw Complex. If you are looking for it, it’s tucked right behind the Halasuru Gate Police Station. I am Advocate G Nagarajulu Naidu. Being near the police station means there is always a lot of activity, people, and sirens nearby. The office itself is quite small and the walls are lined with law books that I’ve collected over many years of work. There is a faint smell of old paper and ink inside. I spend most of my day reading through files or meeting with people who have various legal troubles. It’s not like what you see on television shows. It’s mostly just sitting and talking through problems slowly. The chairs for visitors are a bit stiff and old, but they do the job. I don't have a big staff, just a clerk who helps with the filing and the phone. We keep the door open most of the time to let some air in from the hallway. People come in looking worried, and we try to see what the law says about their particular situation. It’s a lot of writing and checking small details. Sometimes the complex gets a bit noisy with people coming and going for other shops. I’ve been practicing here for a long time and I’m used to the rhythm of the place. It’s just a regular office for serious matters.
