Our office is on the 2nd floor of Kasturi Plaza. It’s on 3rd Main Road, just east of the Ngef Layout in Kasturi Nagar. Being in Bengaluru, the traffic is always a topic of conversation when we start our day. We work with industrial computing stuff, so there are always lots of motherboards and wires sitting around. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The team is pretty grounded. We don't do those fancy corporate outings you hear about. Usually, we just grab coffee together and talk about whatever project is giving us trouble. The building itself is okay, nothing special, but it’s in a good spot for us. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens or testing out hardware. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up and we have to open the windows, which lets in all the street noise. It’s a busy city and we are just one small part of it. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just answer the phones and try to help people figure out their tech issues. It’s practical work. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot of shipping to do. But we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We like the area and the people around here are friendly enough. It's just a regular workplace where people work hard and then go home to their families. We try not to overcomplicate things.
