Adsoft Solutions Pvt Ltd is situated in Basaveshwara Nagar 3rd Stage. We are over in the 4th Block at number 87. It’s a solid, quiet area of the city, which is great for the kind of software work we do. The office is in a building that looks like a regular house from the outside, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office tower. Inside, we have a bunch of desks pushed together to make it easier for us to talk while we’re coding or testing things. We have a small balcony where some of us go to sit when we need a break from the monitors. The view is just of the street and some trees, but it’s nice to get some fresh air. We’ve been at this location for a while, so we have our little routines, like who gets to the office first to turn on the lights and the coffee pot. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some notes we’ve taped up. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary frills. Sometimes the internet goes a bit slow when it rains, but we just use that time to catch up on paperwork or have a chat about the project we’re working on. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. It’s a simple, hardworking environment at 4th Block, number 87.
