Adrian Demos

Adrian Demos is based out in Marthahalli 3, a place that never really seems to sleep. If you have ever been stuck in the traffic on the bridge, you know exactly where I am. I set up here because it was convenient for getting around, even if the dust from construction never seems to settle. My workspace is pretty basic. I have a sturdy desk, a lamp that flickers if you tap it too hard, and a couple of bookshelves that are starting to sag under the weight of old manuals. It’s not a fancy studio. There are no bean bags or free coffee machines here. I usually just brew a pot of strong tea on a small electric stove in the corner. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but I haven't found the time to move all the furniture out of the way. I share the building with a few other small businesses, so there is always someone moving boxes or talking loudly in the hallway. It’s a bit chaotic, but it suits the way I work. I don't like things to be too sterile or quiet. I’d rather be in the middle of the mess where things are actually happening. It’s just a regular spot for a regular guy trying to make a living. Most people find me by word of mouth since I don't have a big sign outside. It’s practical, simple, and it works for me.
