We are based out of the Sri Nidhi Residency over in Basavanagar, right in the Marathahalli area of Bangalore. It's a busy part of town and our office is tucked into the 364/2C block here. Most days are just filled with the usual stuff you’d expect from an administration setup. We handle the paperwork, deal with the residents when things come up, and try to keep things running somewhat smoothly. It’s not always quiet, especially with the traffic outside on the main roads, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team is small, just a few of us sitting at desks with our computers and a lot of files. We have been here for a while now. People stop by to ask about maintenance or sometimes they just want to drop off a check. We don’t have fancy lobby furniture or anything, just a practical space where we can get the work done. Living and working in this part of Bangalore means you spend a lot of time talking to neighbors. We know the local shops nearby and where to get decent coffee during our afternoon break. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams, which is annoying, but that is just part of the day. We are here from morning until the evening, making sure the records are updated. It’s a straightforward job really. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the city noise.
