Administration

You can find us at 2/2 Vellari Amman Temple Street in Vannarpet. It’s right near the temple, which makes it easy for people to locate us. This is the Administration office for our group. We handle all the boring but necessary stuff like payroll, bills, and paperwork. The office is in Viveknagar PO, Bangalore. It’s a busy little street with a lot of shops nearby. We have a couple of desks pushed together and a very old filing cabinet that squeaks every time you open it. We don't have a big fancy name, we just go by Administration. People come by to drop off documents or to ask about their accounts. It’s a very local feel here. We know the neighbors and the people at the tea stall across the street. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that helps a little. We spend most of our time sorting through stacks of paper and trying to keep the computer from crashing. It’s just regular office work, nothing special. We’ve been in this spot for several years and it feels like home. The street is always lively, especially during temple festivals. We just try to stay organized and get through the pile of work on our desks before the day ends. It’s a simple life here in Bangalore, just doing what needs to be done. We usually lock up around six and head home through the traffic.
