Our office is located at number 28 in the Duo Height Layout which is part of Devarachikkana Halli. It is right off Begur Road in Bangalore 68 and if you know that road you know how the traffic can be almost any time of the day. We work out of this small office handling things for our hotels and resorts business. It is mostly a lot of phone calls and responding to emails on computers that are a few years old now. The layout is a bit quieter than the main road which is nice when we need to concentrate on the paperwork. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a lot of binders full of records from the past several years. Sometimes the water delivery is late and we have to go out to the main road to get something to drink. We don't have any big fancy lobbies or anything like that here because it is just where the administrative work gets done. The walls are painted a plain off-white color and there are a few stains on the carpet from spilled tea. We usually eat our lunch together at the main table and talk about things other than work for a bit. It is a regular office life with nothing too exciting happening most of the time. We just make sure the bookings are handled and the numbers add up at the end of every month.
