Aditya Birla Minacs World Wide, Bangalore

Our office is over in Banashankari 1st Stage in Bangalore. We are part of the Aditya Birla Minacs World Wide setup. Specifically, we are at 155/79 in the 2nd Block. It is right on the 5th Cross and 16th Main Road. If you are familiar with this part of town, you know it is a mix of residential houses and business buildings. It is a big operation here. We have people coming in for different shifts at all hours of the day and night because we deal with clients all over the world. The building itself is quite functional. We have rows of desks and a lot of computers. It gets pretty busy around shift change times. Parking can be a bit of a headache on 16th Main, but we manage. There is a small shop nearby where everyone goes to get snacks and tea during their breaks. It is a very normal working environment. We don't have any grand decorations; it is just a place where work happens. People from all over Bangalore work here, so you hear a lot of different languages in the hallways. We’ve been at this Bsk location for quite a while now. It is a steady place to be, and the neighborhood has everything we need within walking distance. We just focus on our tasks and try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of coordination but we’ve got a good routine down after all this time.
