Our office is right in Vijaya Nagar at number 12. We are directly across from the Karnataka Bank, which is the easiest way to find us. We've been at this spot for a long time. It is a small room with a couple of desks and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who walk in. Vijaya Nagar is always crowded, so there is a lot of energy outside our door. We don't have a big fleet of fancy cars. We mostly just arrange things for people who want to go on trips or need a ride somewhere. It is a local operation. I started it with just one car years ago. Now we have a few more people helping out. We don't use any fancy booking software. We still write a lot of things down in a big ledger book because it feels more reliable. Sometimes the power goes out and we just light a candle and keep talking. It is not a shiny corporate office. The chairs are a bit old but they are comfortable enough for a chat. We know the bus schedules by heart. People stop by just to ask for directions sometimes and we don't mind. We are just part of the street here. It is a simple life and we like helping people get where they need to go. We have a small teapot in the corner for when it gets cold in the rainy season.
