You can find us over at A-273 on the 6th Main Road in the Peenya Industrial Area. Anyone who works in Bangalore knows Peenya is where the real grease and gears work happens. At Adarsha Control & Automation, we spend our days looking at control panels and figuring out how to make machines run better. It gets pretty noisy around here with all the other factories, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we liked the technical side of things. It’s not just about selling a box; it’s about making sure the wiring and the logic actually work when the power turns on. Our workshop has tools scattered around and blueprints on the tables most of the time. We aren’t the type of people who wear suits to work every day. Most of us have sleeves rolled up. We handle a lot of different automation tasks for local shops and bigger plants too. It’s a lot of testing and re-testing. Sometimes a circuit gives us a hard time, and we stay late to figure it out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around because we’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a long time. It’s just us, some good tools, and a lot of wires. We just try to do the job right the first time and keep things moving.
