The office is over in DLF City Phase III in Gurgaon. It’s a pretty busy part of town and we’ve been at U-46/20 for a good while. Most days we are just sitting at our desks dealing with whatever tech problems come through the door. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. Adarsh Solutions is a small setup really. We handle a lot of different things for other businesses, mostly stuff involving software or fixing things that aren't working right on their systems. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, which is a pain in the Haryana heat, but we manage. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s just a practical space where people come to work. Usually, there are wires everywhere and someone is always on a call trying to explain a fix to a client. We try to keep things simple. If you walk by, you might see a few of us grabbing tea outside or just rushing back in to meet a deadline. It gets loud with the traffic outside sometimes, but you get used to it. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. The focus is just on the work sitting on the monitors. It’s a job, and we take it seriously enough to keep the doors open every day.
