We are over at 830, which is on the corner of 9th Cross and 10th Main in Indiranagar II Stage. It’s a great part of Bangalore to be in, even if finding a parking spot is almost impossible most days. Adarsh Realty & Hotels has its office right here in the thick of things. We deal with property and hospitality, but our own office is pretty straightforward. It’s where the planning happens and where we keep all our records. There are always blueprints or site photos lying around on the tables. We’ve been in this building for quite a while, watching Indiranagar change from a quiet residential suburb into the busy hub it is today. We aren't a company that uses a lot of buzzwords or high-level corporate speak. We just focus on the buildings we manage and the hotels we run. Most of our day is spent on calls or in meetings, trying to keep projects on track. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, which we prefer over something that looks like a showroom. We know the local streets well because we’ve been walking them for years. It’s a busy environment and we’re just a bunch of people trying to keep everything organized. Being in II Stage puts us right where we need to be to stay connected to the local market without any unnecessary fluff or extra drama.
