You can find us at Venkateshwara Nilaya, which is building number 37. We are tucked away on the 4th Cross in Govindappa Layout. This is part of Jaraganahalli, down in J.P. Nagar. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, though it has gotten much busier over the last few years. Adarsh Developers has been operating from this house-like office for some time now. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which we actually prefer. We aren't into the whole glass-and-steel office building vibe. There are trees outside and you can hear the birds sometimes, which is rare for this city. The 4th Cross is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on our planning and paperwork. We don't have a team of hundreds. It's just a handful of us making sure things run smoothly. We deal with property and development stuff every day. Some people think our name is common, but we like to think we have our own way of doing things here in J.P. Nagar. We've seen the roads get paved and then dug up again many times. It's just the way the city works. If you are looking for our office, look for the Venkateshwara Nilaya sign. It’s a humble place, but we do good work inside. We don’t need anything flashier than that. We focus on the details and let the results speak for themselves. It’s how we've always handled things in this layout.
