We've been operating out of Basavapura for a while now. Our office is right there on 5th Cross in Maruthy Layout. Bangalore is a big place, but we stay focused on this specific area. People usually just drop by if they have questions about a project or some land stuff. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and maps on the wall. Usually, there's some construction noise nearby, or we're out at a site anyway. We handle the paperwork and the actual building work ourselves mostly. It gets busy, especially when the weather is good for pouring concrete. Sometimes we're late answering the phone because we're tucked away in Maruthy Layout dealing with a supplier. It's just how it goes in the development business around here. We know the neighbors and the local shops. If you're looking for number 44, it's easy to find once you get into the layout. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. Most days are just spent coordinating with laborers or checking on materials that arrived. It isn't glamorous work, but we keep at it. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. That’s pretty much us. We are just a local operation doing what we can with the buildings and the land around this part of town.
