Adarash Developers operates out of Wilson Garden in Bangalore. We are over at 319/1 on the 10th Cross. It's a busy part of the city, but that's just how it is here. Basavaraj Janakatti and M.S. Ramamurthy have been around this area for a long time. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and figure out the projects. Wilson Garden has its own charm, even with all the one-way streets and the traffic jams. We’ve had this spot for years. People drop by sometimes to talk about land or buildings. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy brochures. It's mostly just sitting down and talking through what needs doing. The 10th Cross gets pretty crowded during the day. Sometimes it is hard to find parking near the building. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a small team here. Most of us have lived in Bangalore our whole lives. We've seen the city grow from a quiet place to what it is now. Wilson Garden still feels like the old Bangalore in some ways. We like the local tea stall nearby. It’s where we get our breaks. Our address is easy to find if you know the cross roads. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or just by walking past. It's a simple way of running things and it suits us fine.
