The clinic is tucked away in Shanthi Avenue, specifically on 3rd Cross Road in Dodsworth Layout. We are over in Whitefield, which everyone knows has grown quite a lot lately. If you are looking for us, we are right on Borewell Road. A good way to find the building is to look behind the Whitefield Post Office. It’s a handy landmark for people who aren't familiar with the layout. We do physiotherapy here every day. It’s mostly just us working with people who have some aches or need help moving better. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. We’ve got the usual equipment and benches. Whitefield can get really crowded with all the IT offices around, but our little corner in Dodsworth Layout stays a bit more grounded. We started Active Life because there was a need for this kind of work in the area. Most of the people who come in live nearby or work in the local offices. We aren't trying to be some big corporate chain or anything like that. It's just a local spot where you can get your exercises done.
