We are located at House No 24 on the first floor in Ejipura, Bangalore. Our office is right on 20th H Cross, which is on the Main Pipeline Road. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy these residential-turned-commercial streets can get. Actis Global Service Pvt Ltd is just a small group of us working out of this space. It’s a typical Bangalore building where you have to navigate the narrow stairs to get up to the first floor. Inside, it’s mostly computers and some desks. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. We spend our days handling service requests and doing a lot of technical work. The sound of bikes and cars on Pipeline Road is pretty much our background noise all day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living here. We aren't some massive corporation with thousands of employees; it’s just a local setup where we know each other’s names. We eat our lunch together and talk about the traffic. It’s a very normal way to spend a workday in Karnataka. We just try to keep up with the emails and the projects that come our way without overcomplicating anything. It’s simple and it works for us. We just keep the door open for a little breeze to come in.
